Why is there an 18+ restriction?

Our site may contain ads that minors should not see. That's why there is an 18+ age restriction.

How many accounts can I have?

You are allowed to have only one account, but you can log in to it from different devices.
If we find evidence of multiple accounts belonging to the same user, it will be considered an attempt to violate contest rules. In such cases, the profile will be blocked, and all rewards will be reset to zero.
We carefully verify account details to ensure fairness, so please adhere to this rule to avoid any issues.

What are achievements?

You earn achievements by completing certain actions in the game. They let you track your progress and earn coins which you can spend later. You can see the list of available achievements here.

How many winners can there be?

The winners are the users who took the first three places by the length of winning streak, 1st place by the length of losing streak and 1st place by the total number of winning predictions.

When are results calculated?

All results on the platform are calculated at 00:00 UTC.

Contest results are announced every Monday at 00:00 UTC. At this time, the contest period closes: winners are determined, leaderboards are updated, and streaks reset.
Daily achievements are calculated every day at 00:00 UTC. They bring you coins but don’t affect your leaderboard position.

If a match you predicted finishes after 00:00 UTC, its result will be applied to the new period.

How is the leaderboard ranking calculated?

The leaderboard ranking is calculated based on the following sequence of criteria:

Streak Length:
The user with the longer streak is ranked higher.
Win/Loss Percentage:
If streak lengths are tied, we compare the win/loss percentages. The higher percentage wins.
Total Wins/Losses:
If win percentages are also tied, the total number of wins/losses is compared. The user with more takes the lead.
Timing of Last Bet:
If the total wins/losses are equal, the timing of the last bet placed during the period is considered.

Why do I need to register?

Registration lets us create a player profile for you, so you can make predictions, compete for prizes, and track your statistics.

What should I do if I can’t log into my account?

If you’re unable to log in, ensure you’re using the correct email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
If your email is linked to a Gmail account, you can log in quickly without a password by clicking the Google icon. This provides a secure and hassle-free way to access your account.

What should I do if I forgot my password or want to log in differently?

Reset Password in My Details:
If you’re logged in, go to the My Details section of your account and change your password in the Reset Password section.
Forgot Password on the Login Page:
If you forgot your password and are not logged in, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Login with Google:
If your account is linked to a Gmail address, you can log in effortlessly without a password by clicking the Google icon.
Switching from Google to Email Login:
If you originally registered using Google but now want to log in with your email, click the 'Forgot your password?' link. You’ll be able to set a new password and use it for email login in the future.
Sign Up via Telegram:
You can now register or log in with just a tap using the Telegram widget — no passwords required. Prefer using Telegram directly? You can also create and manage your account inside our Telegram bot.

Predictions

I'm a bit of a newbie. What should I do?

Create an account, choose an event, and make your first prediction. You can filter events by date or sport. Predictions with the same outcome (wins or losses) form a streak—the longer the streak, the closer you are to winning.
Each period lasts 7 days, from Monday to Sunday. A timer shows how much time is left, and at the end of the period, the top players earn coins as rewards. Check your leaderboard position and stats anytime to see how you’re doing.
You can also complete fun tasks in the achievements section to earn extra coins and save up faster for your dream prize!

How can I find out the result of my prediction?

You can check the results through notifications on the website. Click the bell icon in the upper right corner to view updates.
For more detailed insights, visit the All statistics section to see up-to-date information about your predictions, streaks, and performance. You can also explore the Rankings section to compare your progress with other participants in real time.

Can I change my selection if I change my mind?

To change your selection, click on the outcome you’ve chosen for an event.

If the event has not started yet and its status is 'Upcoming,' you can cancel your prediction. This won’t affect your current streak.
If the event has already started and its status is 'Started,' you can only 'Give up.' Giving up resets your current streak to zero. Keep in mind, resetting a streak is final and cannot be undone.

There are no limits on the number of cancellations you can make for upcoming events.

Can I make more than one prediction at a time?

No, you can only make one prediction at a time. You can come back and make another prediction after the outcome of your current prediction has been announced.
However, there is no limit on the number of predictions you can make each day. Once the outcome of your current prediction has been announced, you can make your next choice.

What is 'prediction cancellation'?

This result is assigned if the event was cancelled not on the user's initiative. In such cases, the left prediction is not counted and the current series remains unchanged.

How do I compete for a prize?

To enter the prize draw, all you have to do is register and start making your series of predictions. The higher you are in the overall ranking, the more chances you have to become one of the winners. Read more about the prizes here.

How can I earn coins?

You can earn coins in several ways:

Weekly Prediction Contests: Compete to secure a prize-winning position on the leaderboard.
Achievements: Complete various tasks to earn additional coins at your own pace.
Special Campaigns: Participate in limited-time events to collect even more rewards.
Quizzes: Win quizzes by scoring the most correct answers — top performers earn coins.

Once you’ve earned coins, you can choose to spend them immediately or save them for bigger prizes.

How will I know if I win?

You will be notified through website notifications. To view the list of current notifications, click the bell icon in the upper right corner.
Additionally, you can subscribe to our Telegram bot for a more interactive experience. The bot helps you stay updated by:

Announcing platform updates,

How do I receive my prize?

Winners receive coins as rewards, which they can choose to save or spend as they like.
To claim a prize, visit the Prizes section, select your desired item, and click the GET button. If you have enough coins, a form will appear for you to provide your contact details so we can arrange delivery.
Prizes are typically sent within 20 working days, but in some cases, it may take longer due to technical reasons. Thank you for your patience!

Can I purchase coins?

Currently, coins can only be earned through participation, but we may introduce purchasing options in the future.

Why was my result recalculated?

Results are recalculated if:

A user was removed for violating the rules.
A technical error occurred.

If you see a user named johndoe_ in the Winners list, it means they voluntarily deleted their account or were banned (only for the winners before 2025).
The leaderboard is updated to ensure fairness. Check the Winners section and refresh the page for the latest results!

What should I do if I accidentally spent my coins?

Unfortunately, coin transactions cannot be reversed, so please double-check before confirming any action.

What is the 'Coins for Post' campaign?

We launch a campaign where you can earn extra coins by sharing your love for Kamkam on social media!
Just follow these steps:

Go to ‘My details’ on Kamkam here.
Click the ‘Share’ button and copy the text.
Post it on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter and keep it up for 48 hours.
